Product Overview

The Dura-Con DCHM Micro-D connectors from Cinch Connectivity Solutions are high-reliability connectors designed for demanding military, oil and gas, and aerospace applications. Engineered with cutting-edge technology, these connectors feature a high-temperature Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator and a metal shell, capable of operating in extreme environments up to 175C. They utilize Cinch's proven twist pin technology, which provides seven points of electrical contact per strand, ensuring high mating cycles, superior resistance to shock and vibration, and increased electrical protection between cavities. These connectors are qualified and approved to Mil-DTL-83513 and offer robust performance in high temperature, vibration, and shock conditions, making them ideal for applications such as downhole drilling.
